Treatment typically lasts between 12 and 30 months, depending on the complexity of the case and the treatment goals. On average, most treatments take 18 to 24 months. Attending appointments regularly and maintaining good oral hygiene are essential to avoid extending the treatment duration.

Absolutely. There is no age limit for orthodontic treatment. Today, many adults choose discreet solutions such as ceramic braces or clear aligners. As long as the gums and supporting bone are healthy, teeth can be successfully aligned at any age.

The placement of braces is painless. However, some sensitivity or discomfort may occur during the 2 to 4 days following placement or adjustment. This is a normal sign that the teeth are beginning to move. The discomfort usually fades quickly and can be managed with standard pain relief medication if needed.
